MPOCC ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council (MPOCC) is proud to announce that we have been certified with ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized quality management standard developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As a scheme owner, it is important for MPOCC to set an example by uplifting the organisation’s credibility as an MSPO Certification Scheme operator with a quality management system in place. 

The standard is based on several quality management principles, including having a strong customer focus, involvement of high-level company management, an outlined process-based approach, and ongoing improvement of the approach.

We are grateful for the acknowledgement and will stay diligent on our short-term and long-term goals for continuous improvements to meet the expectations of our stakeholders, and of the global society.
