Complaint Received
Complaint received via MSPO Trace platform
7 working days

Complaint Acknowledged
MPOCC accepts and acknowledge receipt of complaint
5 working days

Complaint Reviewed
MPOCC determines if complaint meets criteria for acceptance
20 working days

Complaint Investigated
Investigation will be conducted by the relevant parties/unit/ACB according to the complaint received
90 working days

Complaint Resolved
The complainant shall be notified that the complaint has been investigated followed by the final decision
10 working days

Appeal Submitted
There is a provision for appeal in this Procedure against the final decision. If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, they can appeal to the Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC)

Appeal Reviewed by Committee
MPOCC Grievance & Complaint Secretariat will present the findings to Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC)

Complaint Closed
The complainant shall be notified that the complaint has been addressed and closed
10 working days of closure
