MSPO has approved a one-time extension of the submission deadline for the Monthly Declaration and CPO/PK Declaration under the Traceability Module until 13 August 2026, following technical issues experienced within the e-MSPO system. The extension applies only to the August 2026 reporting period.

MSPO requires all Accredited Certification Bodies (ACBs) to document, verify and justify any changes to Certified Area (CA) and/or Planted Area (PA) during Surveillance and Recertification Audits, and to ensure that the corresponding information is accurately reflected in the e-MSPO System.

MSPO introduces enhancements to the MSPO Logo application and management process through the e-MSPO system, including updates to logo applications, licence number formats, renewal procedures and annual reporting requirements to strengthen governance, traceability and operational efficiency.

The Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) Secretariat announces the official launch of the Audit Module in the e-MSPO System, effective 15 June 2026. Accredited Certification Bodies (ACBs) and auditors are required to transition to the module, with mandatory implementation for all audits commencing from 15 August 2026.

MSPO has introduced a mandatory e-MSPO Stock Verification Exercise together with several Traceability System Enhancements to strengthen data accuracy, traceability and operational efficiency within the e-MSPO system. All Part 4-1 and Part 4-2 certified entities are required to complete the verification exercise by 31 July 2026.

Effective 30 June 2025, the following modules go live in e-MSPO: Certification Module (NC Tagging) for ACBs, Traceability Module (Supply Chain) for MSPO Logo Claim, SPOC Module for MPOB officers, MSPO Logo Module, and Complaints & Grievance Module. These upgrades aim to improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience in MSPO certification management.
