Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) has developed a new Complaint Mechanism under the MSPO Certification Scheme to strengthen transparency, accountability and stakeholder engagement.
The mechanism is intended to provide growers, industry players, communities and members of the public with a clear and transparent channel to raise concerns relating to MSPO certification.
Who Can Participate
The public comment exercise is open to members of the public and all MSPO stakeholders, including growers, industry players and communities.
