The Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) has published the Specific Guidance Document for Dealers (MS 2530-4-3:2022), following its approval by the MSPO Board of Trustees on 6 April 2026. The document is effective from 9 April 2026.

The document provides clear guidance to support consistent auditing practices under
MSPO Part 4-3, particularly for dealers operating under different business models, including fresh fruit bunch collection centres and oil palm dealers who do not handle product physically.

It outlines key audit approaches, responsibilities of certified entities, and traceability requirements, while addressing integrated audit arrangements involving mills and dealers within the same corporate structure.

This guidance is intended for Accredited Certification Bodies and relevant industry stakeholders to support consistent, practical, and credible implementation of MSPO certification requirements across the supply chain.
